Anyone have any successes with APOS tools for CE9 like 'View Time Security,' 'KPI' and 'Object Manager' ?
Would you recommend them?

Hi,
we have used both the KPI and VTS for just over a year. The products do the job but I have experienced a few issues:

1) the KPI database can grow *very* quickly. If you have any timeout setting on your SQL server (if using) then the purge process will fail and compound the process.

2) there is little information available to help debugging apart from the EventViewer which provides little.

3) the support has been fairly unimpressive and there seems to be an approach of not looking into a problem partic much.

In future we will probably drop KPI but VTS is particularly useful and low maintenance.

Thanks for the info. As far as the support being unimpressive I can attest to that. When I was testing out KPI I couldn't get it to work and support wasn't all that helpful. Granted I wasn't a paying customer yet but I was wanting to purchase it if it worked. Unfortunately it only did about 1/3 of what it was supposed to.
