Aplication Wide Hotkeys

I have a MDI form with multiple sub forms.

When ever the MDI form has focus and an arrow key is pressed, I want procedure x to be called. Does something like an application wide KeyDown event exist?

How about subclassing all MID sub forms from a common ancestor which implements the hot key?

Use the "OnShortcut" event of the MDI parent form.
