APL MSB134 &MSB136 1

MSB134 is used to clean up APL's where the part numbers or stock codes might have changed since they were created, e.g. a stock code had a part number on it and the manufacturer updates it. It will also update the description of items.
MSB136 - Renumbers / orders APL's if items are deleted, e.g. APL item #3 is deleted and item 4 would become item 3.
