API NICELOG

Hi,
I would like to know some informations about nicelog API.

I have a application programed in VB 6.0, and I want to start recording a Call, on an event. Is this possible?

What version of NiceLog I need?

Where can I get documentation, just for analysing?

If you're using VB and you want to start recording on an event, it is possible. You will probably need the "NICE Link" SDK (COM object).

It provides some features such as: start/stop recording, query & playback recording, and adding specific data to a recording.

In that case, you would need the latest version of NiceLog and NiceCLS.

FYI, there are other, more complex, SDKs (even probably an OCX). It's VB that is limiting the choice.
