api calls

Hi.
I'm desperate. I need to use the api call shellexecute to
open outlook and send email in clarion 5b.
I want to be able to click on a button and then send a record's email address to outlook and I want to be able to go to a web address if possible.

If shellexecute is not the right way to go please inform me of what to do.
