apatche not working at all

Hi peeps I need help realy bad i have been trying to get apachie to work on my pc i have installed and the test page works fine but as soon as i change my server name to 192.168.1.246:8081 i cant even open my control panale plz plz plz help me ;-)

That's probably because apache isn't listening on port 8081.

set it to listen to 192.168.1.246:8081
