Apache mod jk is not loading

in this folder i have,
..\Apache2\modules\mod_jk.dll
and i have added the following line in
....Apache2\conf\httpd.conf
the error message i got when i restart the Apache server
in line 139 according to error message i have in the conf/httpd.conf file, this following line
LoadModule jk_module modules/mod_jk.dll
Now suggest what is wrong ?
..\Apache2\modules\mod_jk.dll
and i have added the following line in
....Apache2\conf\httpd.conf

LoadModule jk_module modules/mod_jk.dll
Now suggest what is wrong ?
