Apache keeps crashing - which log file

My apache server keeps crashing. It runs on Debian Linux. ANy idea which log file I should be looking at?

I have to keep restarting it so presume it's crashing.

Not sure about Debian, but the typical place to look is /var/log/httpd/error.log unless your httpd.conf has something else set.
