Apache doesnt starts -> startproc: option -t req. numb. of sec.

Hello,

I have the folowing problem:

My Apache doesn`t starts after a reboot. I receive the following error-message:
"startproc: option -t requires numbers of seconds"

My configuration:
SuSE-Linux 8.0, apache 1.3.23 (latest patch), ssl (latest openssl-patch) and php.

The server was allready running before. The error occures the first time after the last reboot.

Could somebody give me some advise?
