I am pretty sure that it will take 133 ram, as it is backward compatible it will just run at the slower 100 speed.
Although on the Aopen site it doesn't mention specific support for 133 , I have a similar board the Abit BE6-II with the BX chipset running a mixed bag of memory including a stick of PC133 with no problems at all.
