I have an issue. Internal clients are sending emails to
people with aol email address they are being quened on the
exchange server. Does anyone know as to why? What do I have to do to send these emails out?
Your domain could be blacklisted at AOL!
But, check and post WHY is is queued, check the eventlog or click the queued msgs for more details. If 'something' 'somewhere' gives 'some' error, excpect random guesses or no replies at all. Please specify details.

in the queues in System Manager, open up the + in front of your server and drill down the subcategories. Look for the Virtual SMTP queue, they should be in there.
For AOL, I don't know exactly, but at their site there must be some email for support or reporting stuff I guess.
Don't contact them yet, check first why it does not work.
It could be simply if your server want to SMTP them directly that they refuse that, in that case, try to use your ISP as a Smart Host. If 'something' 'somewhere' gives 'some' error, excpect random guesses or no replies at all. Please specify details.

I found out that spammers are using my exchange box
to send out there junk email. That is why AOL block
listed us. Once, I stop these spammers, AOL checks every 24 hours to see if we stop spamming. If we stop
spamming AOL automatically takes us off there "Block List." We they will accept our emails.
I am somewhat a newbie to Exchange. My question is what do I to stop these spammers from using our exchange. I followed your sugguestion in the other email.
When I went under SMTP > Queues I see a approx. 9 folders with a curved blue arrow and next to that it said's directdealstoyou.com, premiuminstall.net....and so on.
I guess these are the spammers that are using my SMTP.
My question to you is how do I stop these spammers from using my SMTP port?
