I want to e-mail specifications for a job to various vendors. They will bid the price to those specifications.

I want to keep the names of each vendor secret from the other vendor's in the list for that particular job, so I send the specifications using the bcc box for the addresses.

This works. It works too well as, once the e-mail has been sent, I can not see the list of names that got the specifications either!

Is there some way to get Outlook '97 using Windows NT to allow me to see the names in the bcc distribution list?

Any guidance would be appreciated.

in your sent items:

choose Tools, Resend This Message, and you’ll be able to view the Bcc box and any addresses you entered in it.

hope it helps! "Jack of all trades. Master of none."
