Hi All,
I thought I would pop in and ask a quick (yeah right) question in regards to an upgrade. Long story short we requested a budget increase to allow for an upgrade of hardware and software for exchange and pdc. Well the old exchange 5.5 box died last week and because some things were not restored correctly to the temp server (poor thing only just makes it threw a day)we finally got our budget.

One new pdc with the current pdc being moved down for exchange duties. We are finally migrating from Win 2000 Server to Win 2003 Server and Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003. All mailbox will have both a local pst backup and a tape backup of the exchange too.

Reading alot of post with do's and dont's it seems that exmerge is the easiest way to move the users mail accross, would this be correct with such a big change?

Thanks in advance

Yosh

There are, as you could read, many ways to do this.
Exmerge give you most of the flexibilty though, as they are plain PSTs.
In that case, you do not need to fiddle with connectors or anything, you can really start from scratch, so if that is your plan, go for it!
