Anyone using Peachtree Acctg 2002 yet???

As you can tell from my prior post - we're using version 5.0 for windows and need to upgrade to something. Has anyone upgraded to the latest version "2002" and its "Peachtree Accounting 2002" NOT "Peachtree Complete ...".
