Anyone using Avaya Web Conferencing Server?

Anyone else out there have this installed and in active use? We're trying to get this up and running but cannot log in as a presenter to set up a conference.
I keep receiving a message that the authentication server did not respond? What is that?
Also, what page do I login to as a presenter to set up a conference? I've had people tell me that it's the same link as an attendee. Does that sound right?
