We are looking for a new backup solution for our Unix Server SCO 5.0.6. We have used LoneTar and the Air Bag rescue software diskettes for years now, with a Tandberg Tape drive. The problem now is we are going through a large growth of data to be backed up (compared to the old day's of a 3.5gb volume). We also have Windows 2000 Servers that need to be backed up also. I was looking into a new drive in the 40/80 GB range and was talking to Lonetar about their newest product called Backup Professional. Has anyone tried this product? Would you recommend it? It will run on a Dell 4400 Server, on a SCSI Bus. It supports bootable CDROM support for recovery options (instead of Floppies).
