anyone use any sort of moisture resistant product on analog phone jacks? Hotel next to ocean gets moisture in jacks and corrosion starts,, I had seen Telco use something inside their jacks to try to prevent this,,, it looked like a dab of clear silicone (but it wasn't that).

Suttle Solutions offers jacks that contain CorroShield, which is a dab of silicone squirted onto the contacts.

A company called ILSCO has an oxide inhibitor product called DE-OX. It is available in various container types and sizes. I use it for all types of electrical connections and terminations. It should be useful in a coastal ocean environment. It is good for copper or aluminum conductors.

Hope this helps!
