Anyone own a Polywell PC??

I'm interested in buying a new PC from a small vendor that caters to advanced users. I discovered Polywell Computers Inc. through a review that was published in Maximum PC of one of their systems. The price they're offering for the system I want is outstanding.

However, when I searched for the company at the Better Business Bureau's website, I discovered that Polywell is not a member of the BBB. In addition, they have had 4 complaints filed against them since 1993, which, from what I gleaned from the BBB report, were all resolved satisfactorily.

The fact that this company is NOT a member of the BBB is almost enough to frighten me away. However, a company that has had just 4 complaints filed against in 8 years doesn't seem to indicate that they will be unreliable as a vendor. I'm sure that Compaq, for example, has had many more complaints lodged against it during that same time period.

My question is this: Does anyone here own a Polywell PC? If so, how reliable is this particular vendor in terms of customer support, handling returns, etc.?

Any help or advice that anyone can offer regarding matter will be greatly appreciated.
