We've just had succ.4 installed on a opt.11

today we tried to remove a phone but the phone system said no......

this was due to the fact that the extn was being monitored by our voice recording platform.

Now we've not had this trouble with any other rls of software. Has anyone else run into this?

we had to stop our voice recorder before we could do anything with the TN.........

How do i de-aquire a non acd phone??????????? tried dacr - doesn't work

tried taking out the ast and iapg doesn't make any difference
