We have install 6.1a on a Solaris using Tomcat/Apache and an Oracle database. Everything seems to work except Admin Console. Each time we access it and input our id/password we receive an error - ADC 00071 "The system is not started". We can't seem to correct the problem. Any suggestions?

Have you configured the Admin functionality in the configuration tool. It needs to be set up just like InfoView.

I would deconfigure the Admin tool and then Reconfigure it. Clearly something is set up wrong. But, without seeing it, I can't determine what it is.
