Anyone have a recommendation on VoIP & Network monitoring software?

Hi All, Dawn here. Does anyone have a recommendation for 3rd party VoIP & networking monitoring, simple to set up that works with snmp? I don't have the system requirements for the Orion/Solarwinds VoIP monitor, ehich is my first choice

Thanks bas1234, I have used that one before, not sure it meets my needs. I need to be able to prove that my network is not the cause of dropped calls (as I have done several times already without convincing anyone...)

tlpeter! How are ya? This looks pretty complex, but I'll see what I can do (while making note of the repeated reference to a network assessment which I am STILL of the opinion was my vendor's responsibility)...Thanks! Dawn
