Anyone familar with Web Store by Selena SOLS

I need help.. I took on project i am unfamilar with..
by moving a website from Unix to another website (windows).. Its supposed to or read it to work in both OS! I did ftp it to my own URL backdoor and the site all worked fine... Once the transfer took place I lost a link or have a path problem.. Runing WebStore a Perl Flat database ecommerce appliction.. Client willing to tranfer DNS again to a Unix host this time if needed be! We're willing to give out user/password to our current host to play.
