I am trying to use the Configuration spreadsheet in Element Manager to build all of my Zones for VOIP. PBX is on 4.50

I have this error that comes up everytime I try to use this icon.

Problems with this Web page might prevent it from being displayed properly.

Line: 128
Char: 4
Error: Automation server can't create object
Code: 0
URL: u=NAME&t=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX=context/callsvr/znbrowse?
x=zonelist&o=117&COMMAND=PRT ZDES?
x=zonedata&o=117&COMMAND=prt intrazone?
x=pkglist&o=22&REQ=PRT&TYPE=PKG

Has anyone actually gotten the config spreadsheet for Zones in Element Manager to work??

Ok we found the issue to making this spreadsheet work, it was in Internet Explorer.

A change needs to be made in the "Tools" option of your Internet Explorer.
Here is how to make the change so that you can see and manage the properties of our Zones.

Open your Internet Explorer and go into your "Tools" section at the top.

Tools-> Internet options -> Security -> Internet -> Custom Level ->

Initialize and Script ActiveX controls not marked as safe. ->

- Prompt or Enable, I would recommend "Prompt"

To test this log into Element Manager of any pbx site->
Select from the left hand side under the IP Telephony -> Zones

Click on "Configuration Spreadsheet"

You will be prompted just select Ok.

Finally this spreadsheet opens up. So if you still have issues make sure your activeX settings are all enabled in IE.
