have you looked through the configuration guides??
I hate all Uppercase... I don't want my groups to seem angry at me all the time! =)

Use the GUI as its pretty effortless, just open device manager. (Could be the devices ip address or could be a little app depending on the firmware version)
FC - VSANS - Create and fill in the details is all it takes.
You can click on the ports and then assign them to that vsan
