I need a list of GMT times. CSV is preferable so I can import them into DB. I have googled and came up empty handed.

Anyone know where I can find such a list?

Do you mean list of time zones?

This is not a file, per se, but you may be able to pull what you need from here, yes?

Sorry, yes Vongrunt, I am seeking a time-zone to GMT list.

Also, I know nothing about GMT, except that it is a 24 hour clock standard.

I have seen forums where you can set your time format to GMT +/- x .

I need to figure out what x is, is it just 1 - 12?

Some zones also have 1/2 hour shift. Some use daylight savings (DST), some not... bloody mess.

Simple list of time zones can be found here: More detailed list (military alpha-zulu included):
Or maybe... winbloze registry also contains time zone info:

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Time Zones

Exporting subtree to .reg file and relatively simple parsing shoud be enough.
