any way to run vs.net on win98

Hello

I know the official os for .NET is win2k but is there any way it (or vb.net) will run on win98?

original question not very clear - I meant develop on Win98, not run finished apps.

I would say.... No.

VS.NET depends on several operating system features which are not available on Win98.
