Any way to lock table cell from selecting?

Hi, I find it tricky sometimes trying to select text in cell not cell of table, any way to lock table/cell from selection. Thanks Sam

...not understanding your question here if you need to select cells then you need them unlocked...

...you can't lock individual cells, but you can lock a tables position...
