Any version that can create a 'stand alone' application yet?

Hello,
Is there any way that Access can create a stand alone exe file yet. Where the user does not have to have Access installed?

All there is is the developer suite which will install a run time version of access.

Yes I had forgotten about the developer suite, I will have to look into that. VB sure is another possibility - but a lot of work!!
