Any thoughts on Unisys ES7000 ?

I am in charge of an SQL2000 operational datastore/DW prject. The raw data is only 150-200GB on a SAN storage.
I have 2 options(budget allows both):
1 -- Run both databases on Unisys ES7000 with 32 CPUs 32GB memory( 2 partitions each running 2 SQL instances for an MS MSC passive/active arrangement)
2 -- Get 4 Compaq 8-cpu 8 GB servers where each 2 are formed as a MS MSC failover arrangement.
Any thoughts ?
Have any managed a Unisys ES7000 who has any thoughts on the experience...
