Curious as to cons and what Avaya will not support on if you had an issue and wanted to pay TM.
I believe you go to the back of the line on calls, are considered low priority but jsut thinking forward wondering how feasable it is with the right engineers involved adn the direction of Avaya if they have or will have something in place to prevent this.
