It will be a while, beta has just been extended to feb, and there is no word on final release, sorry.

Not any that i can give you. And they would not help you since the material in the beta rel.notes are subject to change before release.

what do you mean a point release ? if you are referring to 6.3.x updates i think all ressources are diverted to 7.0 at the moment, so don't expect much in the way of 6.x updates any time soon.
