Any multimedia contact center from Avaya on IPO?

sbcc is due soon but it won't have any multimedia. it will actually have less supervisory functinality than CCC ever had but will be more web based.
from what i have heard, and a good source too, cie will not be making it's way to IPO in near future.
options are and some other crowd in the US, can't remember the name now but im sure my fello tektippers will know...
