Has anyone encountered problems after upgrading from NT to 2000 server? I am about to do this but i am curious to know if there are any unforseen problems to look out for after the upgrade. Any tips would be helpful. Thanks!!!!![yinyang]

That depends on the server and the software you have installed.

Upgrading a PDC requires more planning that upgrading a member server; and you should unistall any antivirus software that you have on the system before upgrading.

You may also want to download any of the hardware drivers you might need.

What you should do is:
1) Get the drivers you need
2) Check to make sure that the programs you have will work with Windows 2000
3) Plan your migration (Upgrading a member server is easy)
4) Migrate the machine
5) Fix any programs or reinstall items as needed

What I would do is:
1) Do a fresh install, I don't like upgrading :) CJ
