Any good software to control the INTERNET usage and acitivity ?

Hi,

I'm completely new to this networking stuff and we have around 25-30 computers in the office and right now everyone has access to internet.

There is a basic Linksys BEFSX81 router which is our gatewayto get on to internet. I wanted to see if we can have an software which i can install and check the internet activity on our network.

1) I should be able to block internet access to any particular user/pc.

2) Should be able to check what Internet activity is going on any particular user account/PC.

3) I should be able to give access to internet for only certain websites. (based on PC )

Any help !!!!!!!!!!


This is only 25-30 users environment.
