ANX Velocity

We are currntly using Sterling Commerce for our VAN.
Sterling seams to have a problem delivering all of our data with out error (somtimes we just don't get all of our mail).
I have been looking at the ANX Velocity group to connect with Ford and Chrysler, can anyone give me some insite on ANX Velocity. We have never dealt with a-V and want some feed back.
