Antivirus and Missing calander entries

Today when I came to work, all of the companies calander entries in outlook 2003 were gone for all users, for the last month or so. I had just installed Norton Antivirus Server last week and did a virus scan. I did some research and found that there are conflicts with NAV and exchange files. Has anyone seen this before and if so, how do I get back the missing calander entries?
