Been trying to figure this one out, I have a user that is trying to use the Answer Wizard.
Here is the break down of what is happening.
Has VB 6.0, Access 2000 open, Outlook. Now when the user opens VB and what every he is working on and needs to use the Help Answer Wizard to look for help he runs into this little issue. Typing "Constant" as the search word, and clicking on search comes up with a list of topics. The user has some topics that don't display help information in the right hand window. The right hand window stays populated with the previous help topic information that the user was looking at.
Has any one seen anything like this, And have found any fixes ?
I searched the Microsoft site, and nothing.
Bang...
Bang...
Crap...
I am dead...
