Is there a way anyone in the office can pick up an incoming call? Sometimes if our receptionist has stepped away, and forgot to forward calls it's a problem.
People also rotate desks so often that we don't want to create a linear flow.

*30 will pickup ANY ringing call (be careful)
*32*NNN# (where NNN is the extension that's ringing) will pickup the call ringing at that extension.
