Ansering service software Alternate?

Hi, Currently we use a software by Amcom for our Doc's answering service. We are getting rid of the service and are looking for a low cost alternative to amcom. something that will keep a data base of Doc's or other numbers and info that an operator can retrieve from a PC to know how to take calls. Hope I cam explaining this properly?

I was just going to suggest Xtend - but I see Amcom bought them out (plus they were not low cost)
