Hello,

There are free HTTP proxy servers that we can use to remain anonymous (by masking IP or providing a redirected IP), is there something similar for TELNET?

Basically, is there a way to TELNET to a server with multiple TELNET sessions, while been seen by the server as different source IP's?

I doubt you'll get any answers here because I don't see any use for this capability that is legal/ethical.
