anonymous browser server in PHP

I need a way to browse a web server on my Network from the internet (to make sure all links, external DNS entries, and NAT port forwarding is working).

There use to be several free anonymous web browsers out there, but all the ones I knew about are either gone or are no longer free.

So what I want to do is install a anonymous browsing/proxy on a web server that is hosted outside my network ... The one I use has php/mysql/perl/python

Anyone know of any php based anonymous browsing scripts ... like anonymiser use to do?
