Annoying Printer Alerts Notifications... GRRRRRR!!!!!!

Our I.S. department just changed us over the Toshiba eStudio 350/450 copier/printer setups and now EVERY time we print to this printer we get an ANNOYING alert message at the lower right of the screen and it stays there until you acknowledge it. We have been thru everything in the printer properties and can not find ANYTHING that allows us to turn these off. They are massively annoying. I.S. has not helped and emailed Danka (the Toshiba rep) and nothing from them and Toshiba only offer support to paid support contracts.

Even tried to use screen capture utilities to grab a copy to show for example and when I do there is nothing showing on the captured image except the corner of my screen with no alert.

Any help??????

Start, Printers and Faxes, File, Server properties, Advanced. Uncheck the notificatiion options - there should be at least two and possibly three.
