Hello,

Although not a problem that stops computing, my folders won't allow me to view them as one page. This means everytime I use windows explorer to view my local files a new window pops up instead of replacing the last one. I have tried diefferent options to change this viewing problem but have been frustrated with no solution apparent.

Any thoughts (of help) on this would brighten my computing. I do have a few years at windows and find this little quirk a little embarassing not to overcome easily.

Tks

I suppose it's nothing as simple as selecting "Open each folder in the same window" from Folder Options/ General/ Browse Folders?

You haven't told us what you have tried so excuse us for going over old ground.

Have you tried clicking "Folders" on the Tool Bar? This changes the default view between a single panel, and a dual panel display in which you can have seperate directories open in each panel.

As well, under Tools, Folder Options, see if any of the customization checkboxes can make Explorer better suite you. The "View" tab has additional features you can enable or disable.
