Yes there is a software bug in cintec's ACD software. If you are still under warantee with cintec you can get the fix from them. I cannot remember if they needed info off of the system before they sent me the fix. JerryReeve

sorry for delay in getting back to you. Yes there was a bug/fix that was causing the minuet on the nam to stop playing the announcements. Contec sent me the fix for this, It did not happen to all of the minuet installations and I don't know what the trigger is to cause it, I'll have to point you to Cintec for more info though.
