How can I enable FTP and export my announcements as a wave file and import them into Visio as a wave file??

Import into Visio as a wav file? That does sound PlumCrazy. I'm not aware Visio can do anything with a wav file.

I don't know of an easy way to do it if you're using TN750s. However, if you're using TN2501 VAL boards that are connected to your LAN, you can do it easily using the Avaya Voice Announcement Over LAN software package that should come with the VAL boards. The VAL Manager software has a built-in FTP client that will literally let you connect to the PBX board via IP (you set VAL Manager up to connect to the PBX) and then FTP the whole board or a single announcement as a wav file(s) wherever you wish it to go...
