I have several extensions routing thru an ARS with a call length limit of 5 minutes. Is there any way to route the outbound call thru VM Pro to play an announcement before the calls goes out?

Announcement On Outbound Call

You could route those calls to at shortcode and point that shortcode to at module.
Or set a dail direct user short to a module
In the module play an announcement that the call is limited and they can dail the number and use a transfer action

no, put the shortcode in the same ars table, user shortcodes come before system short codes
