We have a couple of hundred recorded lines that are not currently not ACD lines. I need to force an announcement stating that the calls will be recorded and then deliver the call to the did/extention dialed. Can I create a vector that will collect DNIS, play the announcement, then transfer to the extention? Thanks for the help, I am a novice at vector programming and can't seem to be able to use the DNIS within a vector for routing.
