Announcement Duplication

Hopefully someone else has seen this before....It has me on the ledge.....

I am having an issue with announcement duplication. I record one message (37075) and it then appears where it should (37075) AND on (37062). This is verified by checking using the announcement access code. There is no chance that this is a programming issue, because I am checking from the boards themselves. The two announcements are on different boards, and the behavior has been repeated 6 times.

Any help that you could provide would be greatly apprieciated. Thanks.

What is the TN??? number on your announcement packs. I beleive that Avaya has a QPPCN on some of the earlier versions.

Thanks for your suggestions. This was actually a response to a failed DI card.
