Animation Control

I have a Form , one Animation Control and ResFile .
In this ResFile I have one resource "Ani1.avi" (Custom type).
How can I assign them to Animation Control
With Ani1
.Top=...
.Heigh=...
other properties
.AutoPlay=True
.and hier I want to put the code for (Open or LoadResData) I dont now
Which i'ts the right code
