I'm trying to animate an opaque mask. there is two layers. top blurred opaque layer where you can see the bottom layer. on the top layer there is a cutout showing the bottom layer in detail. its moves along showing bits of the bottom layer id detail as everything else is blurred. does anyone get what I'm trying to say?
